When should I get there?
We appreciate if our guest can arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to there scheduled appointments.
What if I’m running late?
Unfortunately, late arrivals will likely impact the length of your treatment. Your service will end on time, so that the next guest is not delayed.
Do I tip?
Our therapists thank you for gratuities for excellence which is common practice for this service industry
What do I need to bring?
It really depends on the services you’re coming to enjoy. For:
Halotherapy, Salt Room. Nothing is required. We suggest you wear comfortable clothing.
Infrared Sauna. Lightweight shorts and t-shirt are OK. Swimsuits are better. “Birthday Suit” is fine too. We recommend bringing clothing that is loose fitting and comfortable to put back on after your session. Avoid metal clasps on your clothing as they will heat up.
Can I get a massage if I am pregnant?
We will not provide massage to anyone under 12weeks gestation or anyone considered HIGH RISK (Pre-eclampsia or eclampsia, UTI or Kidney Infections, Complications with Diabetes, Recent prenatal bleeding or spotting, Any medications taken to manage or prevent blood clots, including baby aspirin). The benefits to you mama are wonderful when you don’t fall into these areas: Reduces stress levels, Eases back and foot pain caused by changes in posture, Reduces swelling of feet and ankles, Improves skin elasticity, reducing stretch marks, Improves sleep, Improves digestion, Relaxes and soothes baby, Reduces pelvic pain.
Do I need to book an appointment in advance?
Yes—reserving your spot online ensures we can dedicate the proper time and therapist to your service. Same-day openings are sometimes available, but advance booking is recommended.
How are couple’s massages done?
You can both enjoy time together in the Halotherapy and/or sauna room together but massages will be in separate rooms.
Do I disrobe entirely for my Spa Treatment?
That is your choice; however, it is customary to do so. Our staff is required to appropriately drape you with towels or sheets at all times during the service to protect your privacy.
May I ask my therapist to make adjustments for my comfort?
Absolutely! This is your treatment and we want you to enjoy the experience. If your would like the a change in the amount of pressure during your massage, please let your therapist know.
Should I alert someone if I have any physical ailments or allergies?
Yes, please notify our reservation agent when you are scheduling your services. If you need special assistance, please let us know so that we may ensure you have a pleasant experience.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand plans change. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment incur no fee. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service total to fairly compensate our staff. No call/No show will be charged 100% service total. Groups have a 7 day cancellation policy, and no-shows will be charged the full service rate. We value your time and appreciate you valuing ours!
